Why we’re building it
We build online stores for brands, and the same back-office work comes up every time: catalogue, orders, inventory, payments and customers. Cartd turns that into a product, so a brand can launch and run its store from one dashboard.
What’s inside
Cartd is multi-tenant from the ground up: each brand gets its own store and data, running on shared infrastructure. A storefront builder handles the customer-facing side, and the merchant dashboard covers orders, inventory, payments and customers.
Where it’s going
Cartd is in active development as one of our in-house SaaS products, built with React, Node.js and PostgreSQL. What we learn building it feeds straight back into the stores we build for clients.
