The story behind Opsloop.
The brief
A branding agency was running its business across a CRM, a proposal tool, an e-signature service, an invoicing app, a project tracker and a lot of email. Work fell through the gaps between tools, and clients had no single place to follow their project.
One platform, the whole journey
Opsloop follows a client from first contact to final delivery. Leads move through a sales pipeline with activity tracking; proposals, contracts and NDAs are created and e-signed in the app; invoices and payments are tracked against each client; and projects break down into tasks with deliverable reviews.
Clients inside the loop
Clients get their own portal with magic-link login, no passwords to remember. They can review and approve deliverables, raise support tickets and chat with the team in real time on each task, instead of digging through email threads.
Under the hood
Role-based access keeps sales, delivery and clients in their own lanes. Business documents are generated as PDFs, files live on Cloudflare R2, and n8n automates the routine follow-ups. It’s built on React and Convex, so every screen updates live for everyone.
